Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Quiztopia, we value your time and commitment, and we aim to provide the best possible service experience. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made at the time of booking are strictly non-refundable.
Once a booking is confirmed, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances. This applies to cancellations made by the customer, failure to attend the booked session, or any other reason for non-attendance.
Cancellations and Vouchers
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking date and time.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not receive a monetary refund, but you will be eligible for a voucher of equal value to your booking.
- This voucher can be used towards a future booking with us within a specified validity period (typically 3 months, unless otherwise stated).
- Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the original customer who made the booking.
Changes to Booking Date or Time
We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be flexible where possible.
- Requests to change the date or time of your booking made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a £20 rebooking fee.
- Changes requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled booking are free of charge, subject to availability.
- All changes must be confirmed by our team to be valid.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your booking without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds, vouchers, or rescheduling.
- A new booking will be required at full price if you wish to rebook.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our discretion, offer flexibility beyond the terms above. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by relevant evidence or documentation.
